Coachees generate powerful insights about themselves and their situation and are challenged to apply this information in the workplace. I guide without directing, using a structured model over 4-12 months to create a personalised coaching process.

Group Coaching

This is a facilitated group workshop utilising Strengths Finder 2.0 to understand group dynamics and help create short term and longer term team action plans and strategy.
